Finally fed up with Dick’s after it recently announced its next new drive-in fast food location would be in Everett, West Seattle proved it was done waiting for them to come to them by opening up its own competing fast-food destination this weekend, Muff’s.
“You can only wait so long for Dick’s to come before you stop and think, wait—I can do this on my own and better,” said founder Muff Butters. “No one’s bringing hand-dipped milkshakes to the yard like Muff’s and—even better—no greasy, flaccid fries over here, bub: Each of our fries are a mouthwateringly crisp, tasty and erect 4-5 inches.”
Although almost a complete carbon copy of the classic Seattle drive-in, Muff’s does have some stark differences.
“We’re not afraid of customizing orders instead of doing the same damn thing all the time—you wanna mix it up a little tonight? We’re game,” Muff said. “We’ll throw in extra ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise anywhere you want it free of charge – our pleasure.”
The new Muff’s fast food location was already so popular over the weekend that people waiting in the back of the long lines were kindly informed they could probably just order and get a MOTO pizza faster.
