Eight years after one brave Seattle hero reminded the world it’s still very much possible to punch Nazis out cold with your own bare hands, this week the city took Elon Musk’s recent sieg heil as a cue to dust off its Nazi Puncher Signal and summon its hometown hero once again.

“It seems like it wasn’t long ago in 2017 when that video went viral of a man punching a Nazi in the face, but how soon the world forgets that you can do it and everyone will love you for it—at least if you can knock him out clean and walk away like the smoothest motherfucker in the world,” said antifa member Riley Howard as she shone the signal in the sky. “We don’t know where he is today, but we want him ready if Elon or anyone else he pays to be his friends show up to be interviewed at KUOW.”

Whether the Nazi Puncher re-emerges or not, most Seattle residents agreed it was cool the Nazi Puncher Signal projects a looping video of the punch happening again and again in the sky.

“It’s been a rough and scary week and sometimes it’s just nice to know he’s out there somewhere looking out for us all,” said Seattle resident Vicki Bale. “It’s also very nice and meditative to watch this punch on a loop like it’s arepetitive mantra that helps bring my consciousness closer to nirvana the longer I watch it.”

At press time, for some reason the Seattle Police Officers Guild was posting a flurry of tweets reminding everyone that punching people in the face is still quite illegal and not advised.
