The emotional and mental stability of Donald Trump was called further into question today as he moved on from unhinged rants on Truth Social about Biden coming back into the presidential race to raging about the shortcomings of the southwestern Washington state city of Kalama.
“Oh, so your name KaLAMa is an Indian word meaning ‘pretty maiden’—well, I don’t think so FAKE NEWS!” Trump said in a more than 600-word diatribe he thought he was making against his presidential campaign opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris. “You’re a railway town turned I-5 rest stop on the way to Portland and EVERYONE KNOWS IT. Admit it: You blow harder than Mount St. Helens or my son Don Jr. Sad.”
Almost the entire first half of the seemingly semi-conscious tirade published at 4 a.m. Eastern this morning called to question how she could even be Indian, Black and a city sitting on the banks of the Columbia River at the same time.
“Look, I’ve known Kalama for a looooong time and always knew she was of Indian heritage, only promoting Indian heritage—I didn’t know she was also a city in Cowlitz County, until a number of years ago when she happened to turn into a part of the greater Longview metropolitan area, and I guess now she wants to be known as a municipality in Southwestern Washington state,” Trump wrote. “So is she Indian or part of Cowlitz County? I respect either one, but she obviously doesn’t. I think someone other than Lewis and Clark should look into it.”
At press time, Trump campaign aides were reportedly desperately attempting to keep him from posting next about “Kalamazoo.”
