This week, Seattle-native Brianna Johnson reportedly told her friends that she was excited to hear her Hinge match’s ideas for hikes in the area, especially since he’s such a cool and smart tech worker who just moved here from California.
“Chet said he was initially thinking about taking me up Mount Rainier,” Brianna gushed over brunch, referring to the 14,411-foot active volcano. “But then he romantically texted something a bit more off the beaten path, like toasting some Sierra Nevadas after an exciting climb up Rattlesnake Ledge.”
Chet Brown—whose profile states he was born in Calabasas, California and is “really into extreme climbing”—promised to come up with “once-in-a-lifetime” date ideas that “pretty much nobody knows about” for the budding couple’s first outing.
“I mean, I’m not sure she can match my PR for the hike to the bottom of Snoqualmie Falls or the peak of Little Si,” said Chet. “But I’m willing to slow down for her like a gentleman because she’s probably kinda new to all this.”
Chet followed up to confirm that he already had the second date planned as well.
“I’m guessing she hasn’t seen ‘Jiro Dreams of Sushi,’ so I’ll make her watch that at my condo in Belltown before taking her to this little spot I know called FOB Sushi.”
